BUSHCRAFT AND SURVIVAL EXPERIENCES FOR SCHOOLS

Break free from the classroom walls, leave the boundaries to learning behind and step outside with us.

WHAT IS BUSHCRAFT?

Bushcraft is knowledge, the kind of knowledge which makes you more attuned with the natural world. Through this connection to wilderness skills and crafts, students will understand how we, as humans, are intrinsically linked to nature and were able to both survive and thrive in wild places.

WHO ARE WE?

Industry leading experts in wilderness bushcraft and survival training comprising a mature and skilled team of instructors. With experience hard-earned in wilderness environments across the globe, our team are accomplished in working with children of all ages.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?

From one-day experiences to multi-day residentials, we can provide a school trip that will leave students with not only lasting memories and new skills, but a different view of the world around them.

Our instructors will guide them through a range of interactive, fun experiences that provide a gateway into this fascinating subject, connecting classroom studies to the natural world through applied, hands-on learning.

WHERE DO WE OFFER THESE EXPERIENCES?

We have a private woodland location in Oxfordshire which can cater for larger bookings up to 200 students and slightly smaller woodlands in Derbyshire and East Lothian which can cater for up to 40.

Alternatively, we may be able to offer sessions at your location if you have a suitable venue - even a playing field can work.

WHAT WILL WE FIND WHEN WE GET THERE?

Expect to be led to our parachute-covered woodland camp through stunning, mixed-canopy private woodland, where wildlife and flora are in abundance.

For overnight and multi-day residentials, full-board accommodation in canvas bell tents, day and evening activities and free leader places are all inclusive.

WHAT ARE SCHOOLS SAYING ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCES?

St Edwards School

"The sessions were excellent, and I think the pupils got a great amount out of it all, in terms of both fun and education. Your helpfulness in listening to our requirements and working around our schedule was really appreciated. All the best and hope to work with you again in the future."

Beachborough School

"What can I say??? The children were buzzing when they got back to school.... full of their adventures in the woods and everything they had learnt. The staff have given very positive feedback about the day too. It was very well organised and delivered professionally; with such a wide age range to deal with too! The instructors were very sensitive to the children's needs. Thank you so much."
